I aim to ship standard orders out within 48 hours of recieving them. Orders containing Giclees and/or Wall Scrolls take longer due to being made in house and I target 5 working days for them.

During busier times it could take longer than these timeframes but I always try to get out as much as I can.

If you recieve your tracking information after 3pm UK time and your method of shipping was Royal Mail, that will mean that you have missed the cut off for the collection that day and it will be collected on the next working day.

If you order was with FedEx parcels are usually collected the next working day.
