During transit you may find that the pin has shifted slightly. This is nothing to worry about and the box can be opened and the pin can be moved back to the centre. For those who are against removing the protective seal we place on each pin to prevent damage to the cardboard sleeve during transit - the pin can be shifted back using knocks against a solid surface - while this is not something we would recommend, it is an option that you can choose to do.In the situation that the film of the frame becomes loose over time this can be solved by either carefully aiming a hairdryer at it or by submerging the frame in warm water.
